Paul is also able to offer on-site management and oversee all aspects of site supervision, including new build properties and alterations to major highway schemes, bridges, structures, and drainage.

Commercial Building Reports
Contact PDA Consulting if you need a structural report or survey on a commercial or industrial property. Paul is able to oversee projects including movement of internal walls, damage reports, safety issues, water leaking, drainage, and more.
Please be aware that Paul cannot not move, lift, open, or perform any other physical action as part of the inspection unless the client has specific authority to request such actions. The reports are limited to visual inspections only. Any opening up of the structure will involve additional costs and may require the presence of a builder to assist.
